zivxj™ is owned and operated by Yiwu Jinfan Network Technology Co., Ltd.
By submitting an order through zivxj.com, you agree that the transaction is subject to these Terms and Conditions together with the other policies made available through the store.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information about product dimensions, materials, colors, intended use, included parts, appearance, functionality, and other relevant characteristics.
Minor differences may occur because of lighting, photography, device displays, measurement methods, material variation, or production batches.
3. Kitchen Product Use
Customers should review any product-specific usage, material, care, cleaning, installation, compatibility, or safety instructions provided on the product page or packaging.
Products should be used only for their intended household purpose and in accordance with any applicable instructions.
4. Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or legal restrictions.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payment
Product prices, discounts, applicable shipping costs, taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

6. Order Processing & Delivery
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
For supported deliveries to the United States, estimated carrier transit is generally 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
7. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements in our Return & Refund Policy.
Customers must contact Customer Care before returning merchandise.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions may include minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, expiration dates, quantity limits, or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, discounts are not redeemable for cash and generally cannot be applied retroactively.
